Yes. Zion Grand Eggfree Cake Concentrate contains wheat, milk, soy & nuts. If you are allergic to them, do not have it.
Can it be used to make steamed cakes instead of baked cakes?
No. Grand Eggfree Cake Concentrate is meant for baking only. Some have managed to make steamed sponge cakes, but baking gives the best texture.
Can Grand Eggfree Cake Concentrate be used for high-altitude baking?
No. We do not suggest using Grand Eggfree Cake Concentrate for high-altitude baking.

You can freeze the raw batter. But not the wet batter.
