1. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Dispatch: Once processed, your order is dispatched from our manufacturing facility in New Delhi. You will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS once the shipment is handed over to our courier partner.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Delhi NCR: Typically delivered within 1–3 business days.
- Metro Cities: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: Delivery may take 5–8 business days depending on the location and proximity to our distribution centers.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen logistical challenges or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the delivery pin code.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on bulk orders.
- Bulk Orders: For wholesale or bulk inquiries, shipping arrangements and costs will be discussed individually to ensure the most cost-effective freight solution.
4. Special Handling for Sensitive Products
- Climate Sensitivity: Products like compound chocolates or glazes may experience minor physical changes (such as softening) due to India’s tropical climate during transit. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
- Packaging: We use food-grade, high-durability packaging to prevent leakage or contamination during transit.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time through our logistics partner’s portal.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
We take utmost care in packaging; however, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged:
- Mention Damage on POD: Please note the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) or Lorry Receipt (LR) before signing.
- Report within 24 Hours: Contact our support team at info@zionfoods.in/+91 9711797387 within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the damaged package and the products.
- Verification: Upon verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
7. Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery
Please ensure the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. Zion Foods is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect address details. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.
